The strong electrolyte is B . Since strong electrolytes are completely or near completely dissociated at high concentrations. So dilution has only a small effect on stong electrolytes molar conductivity.

It is opposite for a which is awaek electrolyte increasing strongly molar conductivity when diluting.

B is a strong electrolyte the molar conductivity increases slowly with dilution as there is no increase in number of ions on dilution as strong electrolytes are completely dissociated
