1.2*3.33*10exp-30=10exp-10*k*e

1.2*3.33*10exp-30=10exp-10*k*1.6*10exp-19

k=0.249

fraction of charge e=0.249

ans=0.249

0.6......dipole moment equals to charge on body and distance between them....both body have equal charge in magnitude...
