H +  + 2 e -  --->  2H2                  Cathode because it is a reduction reaction.

2H2O  -->  O2  +  4e -  +  4H +     Anode because it is an oxidation reaction.

Na2+ + 2e'' -> Na (Anode)

2SO4 2- -> 2SO3 + O2 + 4e'' (Cathode)

The answer is C.
