when speed of electron increases the specific charger decreases because with increase in velocity charge remains constant. Another reason is specifice charge is the ratio of the charge to mass.

we know that specific charge is e/m ...........

                         e/m is inversely proportional to the velocity of the electron..........therefore as speed of the electron increases...........the specific charge decreases...................
