can you EXPLAIN how you got cm3/equi from 1000/N in deriving units for molar /equivalent conductance

To derive the units of molar or equivalent conductance, one uses the formula
1000*k/N
For this formula the value of k has to be taken in the units of cm-1 and normality has to be taken in the units of equi/L
On substituting the values in the above mentioned units, one can easily get the desired units.
