how the dissociation energy of chlorine is greater than that of the fluorine though fluorine is smaller than that of chlorine and as bond energy increases with the idecreases in the atomic size and also fluorine is smaller than that of the chlorine as atomic size increases down the group ...

my guess is that because fluorine is smaller in size than chlorine, therefore there are more interlctronic repulsions between the electrons in fluorine as compred to that in chlorine. this should be your answer i think....
