we can add or subtract electrode potential but  can be done with dG 

dG =-nFE

f is const so -nF can be used 

ocl-/cl-  n=2

cl-/2cl2 n=4

ocl-/2cl2 n=4

2*0.94 - 4*(-1.36)=4*E

now E is electrode potential requiered

 E=1.83V

OCl-/Cl- n=2 deltaG =-2F*0.94Cl-/1/2Cl2 n=1 deltaG =-F*(-1.36)Adding both equations OCl-/1/2Cl2 n=1 deltaG =G1+G2 -FE = -2F*0.94+1.36F -E=1.36-1.88So E= 0.52 V

OCL-/CL-, HERE X FACTOT IS 2 AS CL CHANGES FROM CL+ TO CL- AND IN CL-/1/2 CL2 X.F. IS 1 AS CL CHANGE ITS O.S. -1 TO 0. THUS N1=2 AND N2=1.NOW ACC. TO THE FORMULA:
E=N1E1+N2E2/N1-N2. Ans is 0.52V.
