Crystalline solids are anisotropic whereas amorphous solids r isotropic.why so? because crystalline have regular arrangements so it must be isotropic

Hello Student,
Yes you are right. Crystaline solids re anisotropic in nature. Their physical, optical and electrical properties have different values when measured from different angles.
While amorphous solids are isotropic in nature
