What is the difference between equilibrium position and equilibrium constant?how is it possible that equilibrium constant remains the same but the equilibrium position moves?

Equlibrium position(i.e Forward & backward ) is difference from equlilibrium constant.?Equlilibrium constant is ratio between products of the concentrations of products rise to its power and products of the concentrations of reactants rise to its power.so according to the Le-chaerllers's principle if asystem is in equlibrium ,if we are changing any factors the equlilibrium position change in such a way that equlilibrium constant will be constant.
