Dear madhur agrawal,
BF3 is certainly more stable than BeF2 because the hybridisation in BF3 is Sp2 and in BeF2 it is Sp .
And everyone knows that Sp2 hybridisation is more stable than Sp hybridisation & so BF3 is certainly more stable than BeF2
