The single cell electrode potential is calculated by experiments only at STP conditions and concentration is 1M.

We can calculate cell potential at different concentrations of single electrode by using Nernst equation.

Nernstequation for single electrode is:Ered=E-red +0.059\n * log[Mn+]\[M]
