E? cell = E? oxd (anode) - E? oxd (cathode)orE? cell = E? oxd (anode) + E? red (cathode)what is this i am unable to under stand the different symbols. please explain me

E°cell=E°cathode-E°anode

= EºRP of Substance undergoing reduction - substance undergoing oxidation

= if it is +ve then reaction is possible (not suitable for storing as reaction will take place)

=if it is -ve then reaction is not possible (suitable for storing chemicals)
