how conductivity of electrolyte solution increases with temperature?and how it depends on viscosity, solvation, and size of ions produced?............plz rply
1)Temp..
When u increase the temp the ions ocsilate faster than before so collision gets faster so that conductivity increases ....vice versa
2)Viscosity
Viscosity is like resistant for electons present in current so it resist electrons and flow will reduse by increasing viscosity of electrolyte
3)Solvation
Solvation means particles of solvent sticks to solute (in lyman language) so solvation plays important role in current flow
4)Size of ions
As mentioned abobe in flow of current electron collides with positive ions so if size of ions would be more than more collision will take plase so flow decreases.
