got a small doubt with the dipole moment thing...!!!!

Hw cn i calculate the bond distance between the two atoms >>>???
And i more thing ,..Dipole moment= Magnitude of charge(q) * the distance of seperation(r)

so is the magnitude of charge always equal to 4.8*10^-10 esu ...???
