changing the temperature would disturb the equillibrium constant and thus the equillibrium itself..

chemical equilibrium is the state of the reaction where the rate of forward reaction and the rate of backward reaction reaction are same even though the cocncentration of the reactants and products are not the same.

but remember that chemical equilibrium is different from chemical equilibrium constant,the chemical equilibrium constant depends only upon temperature even though concentration terms are involved in the equation for equilibrium constant.
