There must be some more information about the unit cell to answer this question. The extra informations can be the formula of the crystal (Example: NaCl, CsCl,etc), radius ratio of the cations and anions. There are some fixed shapes and coordination numbers for different radius ratios. Using these informations we can predict the number of lattice points and/or atoms ans/or ions in an unit cell.
