Dear krishna,

The arrhenius equation is K = A exp(-Ea/RT).  A is the pre - exponential factor and depends on reaction .

using this relatipon we can find easily ,

  K1/k2 =  (A1/A2) *exp((Ea2 - Ea1)/RT)  

putting values , we get ,   

K1/k2 =  (A1/A2) *exp(40/RT)
