Is there any theory which can explain both the particle as well as wave nature of light simultaneously?

no. or yes, may be QED to a certain  extent

as yet there are no theories for this

string theory may be answer but reasearch is going on.

it is accepted as a fact in quantum mechanics that light acts as particle or a wave according to to the situation it is in.
