only FeSO4. 7H2O can be oxidysed since fe is in +2 oxidation state. hence milliqequivalents of kmno4 used = millieq of green vitriol

let wt in gram of ferroussulphate ( hydrated) be x

( x divided by 278) * 1000= 5.4 *0.1

x can be calculated by this

ans- (5.5 -x )/ (molecular wt of hydrated ferric sulphate)
