How?

1 gram atom of any substance corresponds to mass of one mole of the substance
Ex. one mole of sodium represents mass of 1 mole of sodium atoms which is 23 grams.
One gram atom means ONE MOLE of that element. That is just the atomic mas expressed in grams.
