Total ideal volume after mixing them => (10 + 10) = 20 ml
Chence in volume => 19.9 – 20 => -0.1 ml
Here the volune gets negative from the actual Volume.
Therfore,
the soln. shows negative deviation from Raoult’s law.

Insted of answering i would like to ask a question that since the solubility is less so the force of interaction between the costituent molecules must be stronger.. So why the ans is not positive deviation

t shows that solution is non ideal showing – ve deviation in which force of attraction increases, ... 10 mL of a liquid A was mixed with 10 mL of liquid B. The volume of resulting solution was found to be 19.9 mL. ... Calculate the mass of urea (NH2CONH2) required in making 2.5 kg 0.25 of molal aqueous solution.
