HELLO,
Understand this reaction first,
=> SO2Cl2 + 2H2O ---------------> H2SO4 + 2HCl
     H2SO4 + 2NaOH --------------> Na2SO4 + 2H2O
     2HCl   + 2NaOH ----------------> 2NaCl + 2H2O
from the above reaction we can predict that,
both 1 mole H2SO4 requires 2 moles of NaOH
and
2 mole of HCl requires 2 moles of NaOH
therefore,
total moles of NaOH is
=> 0.1 X 0.8
=     0.08 moles
in which 0.04 is used by each H2SO4 and HCl

because H2SO4 we use twice the mole of NaOH
therefore,
Molarity of H2SO4 = 0.02/0.1
                              = 0.2 M
Molarity of HCl =  0.04/0.1
                         = 0.4M
THANK YOU
