work done in isothermal process(w)=- 2.303nRTlogV2/V1
the atomic weight of the argon(n)=10/40=1/4 mole
Now calculate work done on the gas.
This would be change in its internal energy and then use deltaU=q + w
If delta U=0, then q=- w
