Initially the concentration of Nacl in water would be: 
=> (5.85*1000)/(58.5*100)
=> 1M
NOw 10 ml of this taken and diluted to 100 ml the the new conctrn. becomes:
1*10 = M’*100
M’ = 0.1 M
