First write the Balnced eqns.
for the given compound,
 
CxHyClz               +          (2x+y/2) O2         --------------->      xCO2       +      y/2H2O     +     z/2Cl2
0.220/(12x +y + 35.5z)                                                      0.195/44x           0.0804/9y          0.120/n*(z/2)
 
these are their equ. weights.
find n .i.e moles of Cl2 from given pressure, temp, and volume by pv=nrt
 
And equate the eq. weight of the Molecular compound with each product and get the values of x, y and z.
