(a) is correct while all others are wrong, because
l= 0 to n-1 and ml can have values from -l to l. 
(b) is not correct because ml>l which is not possible as ml can have values from-l to l. 
(c) is not correct because for n=0 there is no possible value of l but here is given l=0 which means denoting S-orbital
