Dear Agrata,
SN2 reactions occur with inversion of configuration. Therefore, an optically active reactant gives an optically active product whose sign of rotation cannot be predicted.
Hence on hydrolysis, the resultant alcohol can be either dextro-rotatory or laevo-rotatory .
So option 4 is correct.
