That function cannot be integrated in terms of standard mathematical functions because none of them have this function as a derivative. There is an imaginary function which has been made to account for integrals like these called the logarithmic integral. 

∫ 1 / logx dx 
∫ 1 / (lnx / ln10) dx 
∫ ln10 / lnx dx 
ln10 ∫ 1 / lnx dx 
(ln10)Li(x) + C
