integrate 1/(sinx+asecx)^2 with respect to x

multiply the expression by sec^2x/sec^2x

it will have sec^2x/(tanx+asec^2x)^2

now convert the denominator sec^2x into an expression consisting tan^2x(I hope you know that)

take t=tanx and solve by substitution.
