Li and Mg are both small in size and have abundance use and properties.
They are most important elements in the periodic elements for its use.
Differences:
Li => less electronegative than the Mg
=> Low melting point than Mg.
=> High Boiling point
=> Li is alkali metal
Mg => more electronegative than the Li
=> High Melting point than Li
=> Low Boiling point than Li
=> It is an alkaline earth metal.
