Which one is a better college, IIT Bhubaneshwar or DTU? Why is it so, please let me know?

It all depends on branch which you are getting. For coding or tech related placements , both are equally good.
All The good companies visit these colleges. In terms of location , Delhi is good in terms when you have plan for UPSC in future and other coachings but nowadays everything is online but for all services, Obviously Delhi is better but in terms of natural beauty and if you are someone who feels good in lap of nature, You can go for Bhubaneshwar.

Also, if you are someone for whom tag of IIT matters then you can go for IIT bhubaneshwar but it is not ranked good among IITs so in my choice if you are getting good branch in DTU, Then go for it
