How to get a good command on organic chemistry for jee main and advanced

dear anushka 
u need to do the following to get the good command over organic 
1- start with ncert and read it twice , every mechanism , and reaction explained well in ncert 
2- then move with any 1 ref books ( cengage preferrable ) and read those topics only which u studied from ncert . 3- then just take a rough sheet and make a mindmap and short notes of mechanism and name reaction thats involved in the chapter . 
4- then go with the previous year jee question , in case u failed to understand anything , u need to look for solution .
