Static friction only opposes the motion and can not produce any acceleration. Static friction opposses the motion till the maximum value of static friction and when our force applied exceeds it , kinetic friction start acting on the body!

Unfortunately No! Static friction cannot produce an acceleration in any body. It is due to the fact that static friction acts on a body only when an external force tries to move the body, it self adjusts so that motion is inachievable. However, if the external force exceeds the value of limiting friction, kinetic friction starts acting on the body. Thus, static friction cannot cause an acceleration

Static friction will oppose only the motion and it can't produce or provides acceraletion to the body

No, it doesn`t cause acceleration
