we know that capacitance of a capacitor , C=k.ϵ.A/d
where k= dielectric constant
A= area of plate of capacitor
d = distance between plates of capacitor ..
now, C=kϵA/d=8pf
if , k =  6k and d = 2d then new C= 3.8pf=24pf.
