Dear student .... Here , initial velocity = 0, F=qE ...ma=qE .... therefore , a=qE/m.....v=u+at ...v=(qE/m)t...... Kinetic energy= 1/2mv²=1/2m(q²E²t²/m²)= q²E²t²/2m.....With regards....Mahima... ( askiitians forum expert)

Acceleration of charge particle a = qE/m.
initial velocity u=0
then using first equation of motion final velocity of particle v = u +at
So v = 0 + (qE/m)t
So Kinetic energy of Particle = ½mv2 = ½m(qEt/m)= q2E2t2/2m.
