2 Two boxes are stacked on the floor, one on top of the other. The top box has a mass of 10 kg and the bottom box has a mass of 25 kg. What is the contact force between the boxes, and what is the contact force between the bottom box and the floor?

Contact forces in this case would be the normal forces
1) Normal force between Top and bottom box = N1
2) Normal force between Bottom box and Floor = N2
So by balancing forces
N₁ = m₁g
N₁ + m₂g = N₂
So
N₁ = 100 N
N₂ = 350 N
