Q)A 450 uF capacitor is charged to 295 volt. then a wire is connected b/w the plates . how many joule of thermal energy are produced as the capacitoor discharges if all the energy that was stored goes into heating of wire?

The thermal energy = total energy- the energy stored in the capacitor.
