Which is the best to join CSE at New IIT’s vs Mathematics & Computing at IIT Kharagpur/Delhi/Guwahati
…. and what’s the difference between those two branches of engineering ?

Take Mathematics & computing without even thinking anything else.. I am in IIT Delhi and i know about it very well.. It has great scope in future and job prospects are very very high. They generally get job in CSE companies..
This branch is mathematics integrated with courses of mathematics and coding combined..

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
