DTU is the best among these options, just because of the simple fact that it is in Delhi. City do affect the quality of the academics and placements. Also, because it's in Delhi, your college life will be great and you will get a good exposure which will help you in your all round development(apart from academics).
Mnnit Allahabad and Mnit Jaipur are almost equal.
Placements: an Average package of MNIT CSE was a little more than 12 lpa.
Further studies:Students from CSE have been accepted at Carnegie Mellon, Purdue, etc.
LAN:LAN is available in each room (from 2nd year, no. of students per room is 1) from 2nd year onwards.
Environment:Jaipur is a beautiful city, and the college is within 4 kms from the airport and within walking distance from the business district.
