Generally distance learning program they will give you material for preparation plus some Tests. But no one on one interaction or no solution to your dounbts. So at the end of the day you will need one teachers who can explain you the concepts wrtten in material provided. So if you have any local teacheer to teach you that go for it.
If not get enrolled in classroom program of some online coaching that is the best.
