Currently the Scope is less in India as compared to abroad. This branch of engineering is new and still growing.
Mechatronics course is not offered in IIT's atBachelorslevel, however you can do you Mechanical or Electronic Engineering at bachelors level from these institutes as there are the prestigious and most popular institutes in India for Engineering and then do your masters in Mechatronics.
