Since spring compresses by 1m on application of 100N, the spring constant of force isk=100N/m.

During compression, the block loses its kinetic and gravitational potential energy into elastic potential energy.

Hence\dfrac{1}{2}mv^2+mgxsin30^{\circ}=\dfrac{1}{2}kx^2

Here,x=2m

Therefore,v=\sqrt{20}m/s
