Dear student,

Since spring compresses by 1m on application of 100N, the spring constant of force is$k=100N/m$.

During compression, the block loses its kinetic and gravitational potential energy into elastic potential energy.

Hence$\dfrac{1}{2}mv^2+mgxsin30^{\circ}=\dfrac{1}{2}kx^2$

Here,$x=2m$

Therefore,$v=\sqrt{20}m/s$
