sir my jeemain rank 149953 and i am also an sc candidate. i am getting cse in thapar university but till now have not got any seat in nit jal.or kurukshetra. i only want to go for core courses. so should i stick to thapar or get a lower branch in nit. and i am really confused bw. mechanical and ece in terms of future scope and placements. pls help

ECE have better future as far as placement is concerned than Mechanical.It actually an intelligent choice by sticking up with Core branches rather than choosing lower branches.So you should stick with copre branches.
