I am 10+2 student and colour blind. Can I get admission in IIT.

Dear student
There are certain courses which deny colourblind students admission.
Aspirants seeking admission in Petroleum Engineering courses, Mining Engineering, Mining Machinery Engineering,and M.Sc. Tech. in Applied Geology should not be suffering from colour blindness.
A certificate to this effect from a government registered medical practitioner has to be produced at the time of seat acceptance. Individual Institutes of Technology may constitute a special medical board to test the validity of the candidate’s medical condition, and if the candidate fails will be refused admission.
