Sir, i have scored 134 marks in JEE Mains and expecting 92 or 93 percent in cbse Board exam.Can i get any NIT college?

Hi,
Your percentage is really good and there is a high chance for you to get into any of the good NITs. Also You should go for JEE Advanced and try for IITs as well.

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
