Sir, I got AIR 1584 in jee advanced and 370 marks in Bits Pilani. Should I prefer Bits Pilani or IIT Guwahati / Roorkee or newer IIT’s. And according to you if I apply for Bits which stream should I prefer computer science or electronics-electricals.

You may better go for BITS and choose CS/ECE as you can have best placements and in IITS IIT roorkee has very good oppurtunities.

You have a good rank so it would be better to choose IIT.You may get Mechanical or ECE at IIT Roorkee.ECE placements are good.You may also get CSE at IIT BHU.IIT Roorkee is amazing btw.It’s not in the top 5 but is still an IIT.Production Engineering at IIT Delhi is also a good option for you.
