Sir i am failed in class12 cbse bord in chhatisgarh can i study in surat in dummy school i dont want to go school raguler but i want to exam of class 12 from cbse

No.,you can study in same college, From you.…………can't change your college. becaue your board has not give the permission to change your college even you pass or fail.so you prepare another time from same college.
