sir i am expecting around 90-93 percent in cbse board .how much marks should i score in jee mains to get electronics branch in nit suratkal, and also i would like know loss on one percentage can be compensated by increase how many marks in jee mains

You must score around 60%-65% to be sure of your selection in Nit Suratkal.Its subjective and depends upon how others have scored in exam.Nothing specific can be said right now

Are core branches(Mechanical) in Top 3 NIT worth it ?

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
