It depends on ur interest in branch ,if like CSE then undoubtedly u can go to IIT ropar.....I will tell u an interesting fact that mech and electrical branches are facing severe placements problems while cse students are cruising....lowest package in IIT ropar cse is 8 lpa avg is expected to be over 13-15 lpa...
