paulis scale is important because there are 3 previous mains questions on that topic and there is much importance given to it in the ncert physics text book

 

We can't predict about that since I have seen very less number of questions that has appeared in past years and also there are so many other important things to ask in periodic table other than these scales so you can probably skip
